At Triventek Solutions Private Limited, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched
  • Once an order enters processing (packing/shipping stage), cancellation requests may not be accepted
To request cancellation, please share:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for cancellation
2. Orders Already Dispatched
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • However, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Note:
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Cancellation by Company Triventek Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:
  • Product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment is failed, incomplete, or flagged as suspicious
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Errors related to pricing, product listing, or technical issues
  • Orders suspected of fraudulent or bulk misuse activity
In such cases:
  • Customers will be notified promptly
  • A full refund will be issued (if payment has been made)
5. Fraud Prevention
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspicious activity
  • Additional verification may be required for certain transactions
